Instructions: Ready to get stronger at managing conversations?

  • Step 1: Click the phone icon in the floating orb to start your conversation workout.

  • Step 2: Follow the instructions of the coach (in rare instances you may need to prompt the voice agent to start).

  • Step 3: Engage with the simulated team member to resolve the scenario. The goal isn't to be perfect; it's to practice staying calm and structured.

  • Step 4:  Say "End Scenario" to finish the conversation and begin your debrief with the coach.  The coach is set-up to deal with one workout at a time. Simply start a new call to initiate a new workout.

Pro tips to get the most out of your workout.

  • Tip #1:  Practice multiple times.  Pick different numbers to explore different scenarios and different team member reactions.

  • Tip #2:  Experiment. Try different approaches with the same number selection and notice the impact it has on the conversation outcome.

  • Tip #3.  Be curious.  Engage with the coach during the debrief.  Ask questions to explore the feedback deeper.

  • Tip #4.  Roll with the punches. If the scenario drifts from exact company procedure, don't get hung up on the technicalities. Treat these moments as "curveballs" to practice your adaptability and composure under pressure.
