New World Stonefields – Monthly Feedback Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Entry is open to customers who submit feedback via this survey during the calendar month in which the draw takes place. Feedback submitted outside the draw month will not be eligible for that month's prize.
2. Entry requirements: To be entered into the draw, you must provide a valid phone number or email address so we can contact you if you win.
3. Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly drawn each month to receive a $100 New World Stonefields voucher.
4. Draw process: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that month. The draw is not skill-based and no purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Notification: The winner will be contacted directly via the phone number or email provided. If we are unable to reach the winner within 14 days of the draw, we reserve the right to draw another winner or suspend the draw for that month.
6. One entry per person, per month: Multiple feedback submissions from the same person within a single month will count as one entry.
7. Prize conditions: The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. It is valid for use in-store at New World's nationwide. Vouchers expire [X months] from the date of issue.
8. Privacy: Contact details provided will only be used to notify the winner and will not be used for marketing purposes without separate consent. 
9. Publicity: New World Stonefields reserves the right to publicly announce the winner's name (e.g. via social media or in-store), unless the winner requests otherwise.
10. Changes: New World Stonefields reserves the right to amend these terms, or to withdraw or substitute the prize, at any time without prior notice.
