As part of Foodstuffs North Island, you’ll be joining a team of over 22,000 Foodies who work across almost 350 Pak ‘n Save, New World, Four Square & Gilmour’s stores. We know it’s our people who make our business what it is, and we are dedicated to making sure all our Foodies have what they need to thrive in their roles.


This role is certainly not just about recruitment. As part of the five-person senior leadership team you will be responsible for driving the culture within the Store. With over 160 employees and the trust of the key decision maker you will be in a unique position to use your experience and creativity to bring about positive change.
As a senior leader you will be responsible for building & maintaining engagement across the business and implementing solid HR practices that align with our culture & values. You will work alongside department managers to provide advice & coaching whilst driving the overall business closer to achieving its goals by recruiting, developing and retaining great people. No two days are the same at Pak n Save Taupo so you will need to be agile, responding to change positively & proactively.
